The Risk and Resilience Research Lab is about more than gathering data. In pursuing our mission to understanding the effects of trauma, we are deeply committed to supporting the communities we serve and adocating for the best possible diagnosis and treatment of those who have experienced traumatic events.

Dr. Brown has worked closely with international, federal, state, and local program staff, l including those organizations listed below. She is a knowledgeable advocate for realistic solutions that address the many challenges encountered by those responsible for disaster planning, response, and recovery.
